The connector is a small Chrome extension. It runs only on Apple Music and Playlist Wall, and it sends nothing anywhere else. If a change ever fails, reset the connector and connect Apple Music again.

Your music stays in Apple Music. Playlist Wall only helps you organize it, and never changes anything you don’t ask it to.
Deleting removes your Playlist Wall profile and settings on this device. Your Apple Music library is untouched.
